About: A journalist and editor with over 30 years of experience, he helped launch Rediff.com, India’s first internet-only news site, and has been the editor of the New York-based India Abroad, the news magazine of record for the influential Indian American committee. He’s also a founder of the independent site Peepli.org which focuses on multimedia long-form storytelling on issues relating to water, climate change, the environment, wildlife, and man/animal conflict.
